Problems with moving Posts in existing threads.

I consider easy to move a post in order to create a new thread.

The problems starts when i want to move someone's post from a thread into another existing thread. In that case, the movable post (message) is going and sit at the first position of the existing thread destination renaming, at the same time, the author of the thread with the author of this particular post. How could avoid that? When i move a post in an existing thread, i want always to go at the last position of existing posts.

And something else, can i change the post positions in a same thread? F.e. #5 post to move it in #2 and the #2 to #5?

Posts are sorted in date order.

You would need to change the post date (via phpMyAdmin or an add-on) to re-order them.

Posts are sorted only in date order or date and time? I though that via phpMyAdmin i don't have access to posts level. The problems that i refers above were raised in the same date but of course, different time. Could you inform me how i can do that via MyAdmin?

To change the order of a post within a thread, you should use the Change Date add-on located here:
