XF 1.2 problems upgrading

everything went alright at the start but when i'm done this message is shown



what could be the cause of this , I'm trying to upgrading it again

Reupload the files and go through the upgrade again (choose to rebuild the master data if the upgrade is done). It looks like (possibly) the rebuild process didn't completely properly.
