XF 1.3 Problem

im have a problem with user groups
i put CSS Colors on my VIP And normal users and it worked for long time but now its stop working i even tryed to put admin color on it and its no working

If this is at stateofmods.com, isn't it fixed now?
And if you want the rich text everywhere, there is an add-on to do that.
