problem with www | cookie | logout

Some members reported they get logged out randomly, i started investigating and i have found the problem.

For example if you go to www.colonial-forces.be and log in it's fine.

However if you go to http://colonial-forces.be you are no longer logged in.
If you place www back it's fine.
I tried looking for a fix here but no luck.

I have had this problem with vbulletin aswell, i had to change something with the cookie domain.

Yep that solved it, i saw that topic in my search quest
However i was not sure that was the solution to my problem
