Hello, I create a webdesign with a friend for our guild on the game called "Star Citizen", and I have a problem.
On 1920x1080px resolution, all is ok, but when I resize my window, I have various bug.

Note: I want to create a static design, no responsive.
I have disabled the responsive chezckbox inside styles properties, but if I resize my windows, I have this bugs :
Content out of the window.
Header/Content Background image have the size of the screen and don't take all the with used by the site.
Phone emulation with google chrome :
