XF 1.3 Problem with forum icons

Hello,

one of my users reported a problem with forum icons. She uses win 7 + Firefox 28 . The cache is already deleted.

However, when I view te same forum on win7 + Firefox28 everything is fine. Any ideas?

The elements you're pointing at are all non-standard "Font Awesome" elements that you've added. It looks like this user may have problems with those elements, possibly from not loading the font. However as it's non-standard, it's not something we could provide specific guidance about.
