Problem with attachments now we've switched to SSL

Apologies if this is in the wrong place - I haven't posted before and I have few posting privileges in other areas.

We recently switched to SSL and handled the certificate from our IIS windows server side.

Everything is running smoothly except attachments appear to have stopped working. Example here:

Do you know what I need to do to be able to correct the path for this. I have limited knowledge but I can handle CSS and HTML changes in admin.

That URL is broken because there's a quote at the end, though that might just be a quirk introduced by you copying it. When fixing the URL and going to the correct one, I'm asked to login. What error do you see?

Apologies - the quote was erroneous. The link is correct and should point to an image, but its not longer reachable via that url since moving to SSL.

It's not clear where that URL is used.

XF doesn't use the full path for attachments in that manner.

If you have manually entered that URL in a post or elsewhere then you will need to update it to use HTTPS.

You can also implement server side redirects for HTTP -> HTTPS.
