XF 1.5 Problem when click on smiley box

All add-ons disabled
Redis flushall
Empty Opcache

This makes a direct call to <url>/index.php?editor/smilies . I was able to load this in the site in your signature, but I also see some slightly confusing stuff where the forum appears to sort of exist in both the root and the community/ directory simultaneously and I suspect that is related.
