Open up the JavaScript console and see if there are any errors there; other than that the first image isn't the proper response to clicking on someone's user name. Have you tried with add-ons disabled?

Yes there are, in my chrome´s console i have:

I only have 2 add-ons activated: sitemap and advertisement manager.

    Thanks in advance

Can you look for server errors in your ACP Server Error Log?

Does it occur on a default style?

What is the contents of your .htaccess file?

There´s very large because it contents a lot of 301 redirects. If you want i´ll send you.

You most likely have a redirect for /members in there causing the issue.
