XF 2.1 Problem URL error.

I have two licenses. Both current. I upgraded www.barkerhill.com with no problems. Working for two days now.
Upgraded the other site www.straightupthemiddle.com, and I get this error.

The following issues should be resolved. Once they have been resolved, check for upgrades again to confirm.

• The Board URL option does not match the site URL configured for your license. Says I need to resolve it. I tried to edit my license, but the data is the same, it is still the same forum I've been running since I purchased the license a year or so ago.

What should I do? I used the same download for both licenses? Could that be a problem?

It looks very messy now.

You must use the files that match each license. Not one package for both sites.

Ok, so since I did the upgrade with the same download without errors, can I upload all the sources again from the correct license without hurting anything?

Yes, just download the correct license files and upload them to the server.
