XF 2.1 Problem IOS 13.2.3+ and Reply post

Hello, my users on after upload ios 13.2.3 (since December 2019) only on iphone (on MAC all is correct, PC and Android ic correct to) have a problem.

They can't reply of part post, when they click on the text string, quote displays the menu for copying, searching, sharing text from the iphone, and you cannot click "reply" - it is disable, no click. Can you help me, please? Xenforo 2.1.7, default theme.

Here on xenforo.com the problem is not happening on my iPhone, on my forum the problem is. We have UIX2 template, but problem is in in default theme too.
Do you have any experience with this problem? I have no idea where anything could be wrong.

XF 2.1 - Reply tooltip not working on some iphones

I have had two users report that the reply tooltip is not working. After selecting text, +quote is fine, but not the reply button. It is doing nothing. user 1: iPhone XR 13.3 safari user2: iPhone 8, iOS 13.3 safari and Chrome I am having no problem at all (iphone XS max 13.3) Does anyone know...

It looks the same, thanks for the link! Unfortunately, the solution does not work.
I will be happy if the admins move my posts (im sorry for new threads).

And I will be even more excited if we can find a solution. I don't know what and where is wrong - shut down everything that was possible, restored original backup files ... please help.
