Is there any addon in XenForo in which a topic is visible to all, but only X users can post?
I searched, but I haven't found.

That can be done with the regular user or usergroup permissions for a node. The only problem would be all threads would be where only certain users or usergroups can reply to or start a thread.

I know, but this is not a practical solution.
I need each theme starter can decide who post and who is not.
