Suggestions:

• Allow watch notifications (for e.g. if you can view staff replies & you are watching the thread, give a notification)
• Allows ping notifications (for e.g. if you view staff replies & a staff pings you, give a notification)
• Allow a phrase for "Staff-Only Reply"
