hi!
is there way to prohibit pm for users with less then 100 post?

There are user group permissions for both receiving new conversations as well as sending them. Set the Registered group so that they don't have permission to send and/or receive conversations using Not Set (No). Create a secondary user group and set the conversation permissions to Allow. Then create a user group promotion for users with 100 posts that adds them to the secondary user group.
