XF 2.1 Prevent Returning To Forum Index After Starting New Thread

Is it possible to stay in the thread you've just created rather than returning to the forum index?

To clarify, you'd be looking at the post content of the thread you have just created and not be taken back to the index where your thread has been created. Very much like when you reply to a post you stay in the thread.

That is the default feature, unless you are using the quick creation of threads.




Of course if you are using the quick creation:



That redirects you to the node you were in, but never to the forum index.

And if you click on "more options", that will ensure, like the first way, that you stay on the thread after creation.

I believe you asked earlier, if you can turn the quick creation of threads off. There is no setting which lets you do this unfortunately, but I believe there is an addon which lets you do that.

Yes I found an add on to remove it which I have installed.

Yes I found an add on to remove it which I have installed.

Seems like that could be done with a quick edit of the extra.less template.
