So it does work, but only applies to replies -- it doesn't limit new threads

To be honestly I forgot about making it handle new threads.

. I suppose I should have guessed that based on the title, but was hoping to slow down spammers creating new threads.

I recommend using TPU: Detect and Block Spam Registrations to block signups by ISP or country. It is preferably to stop the spammer before they

I'll check that out! We've got a few plugins that are blocking hundred of registrations each day, but it'd still be nice to slow down the others. Adding New Threads seems may be useful for others as well -- even if just trying to slow legitimate users from flooding with new threads. Thanks for the consideration!

It very likely works on 1.3.x, but I am not going to support it on such an old version of XF, especially as I don't use that version.

Example, only 1 thread every 15 minutes.
