I use this add-on heavily on my own sites, and it works as expected. Use the permission analyse tool to check the actual permissions a user has.

Umm, me again @Xon. Is Redis necessary? Can we use LS Cache instead of Redis Cache for this? I asked because of that:

Recommend Redis flood check for when permission-based flood limits are longer than the 30 seconds.

This uses redis which feature customizable expiries on keys without needing to write custom code. None of my add-ons support LS Cache.

@Xon Profile Post rate limit is not possible?
It's what get spammed the most for me.
