XF 2.1 Post edit animation does not respect "Base animation speed" setting

In Appearance > Styles > Style properties > Miscellaneous, set the "Base animation speed" to "0s".

Edit a post using the inline "quick edit" functionality. An animation will play which "rolls up" the post and then "rolls down" the quick edit form in its place.

This animation plays at the same speed regardless of the "Base animation speed" setting.

That setting only pertains to style animations and transitions used in CSS.

Some animations and their speeds are defined directly in JavaScript and aren't affected by that setting.

There isn't currently a way to modify those animations.

Oh, OK.

It might be worth adjusting the text in the Admin CP. It states that "All animations within the system base their speed on this value," so this is more clear.
