XF 2.0 Post content and tag issue

I have fetch post content from xf_post table.Now I am facing one problem that our content shows '<{URL]>',[size],' tags.How to format those tags to human readable post content?
2)I have to get post tags from xenforo.How to get post tags from post in xenforo?
