XF 1.5 Possibly migrating to new host:test forum

Am I allowed to setup a test forum on a different domain?
My current forum is : mydomain.com/forum on a shared host.
Cannot upload a 1.8MB gif file because it times out while processing.
"Change to a VPS!"
I have a spare domain, am I allowed to setup mydomain2.com/testforum
with a different host to test their shared hosting?

Each license permits you to install the software once. However, you may create a single additional test installation for testing purposes only. Any test installation of this kind must be password protected, and access to it must be limited to you and your website staff.

The question is if it's OK to do with mydomain2 ?

It doesn't matter which domains/servers the production and test installation are installed on.
