Just checked my daily backups on my server and plesk only backups databases it creates itself! I created databases on my own for my xenforo installation, these databases were not included in the backup at all. If you use plesk, check your backups carefully.

That's really curious. When I used the Plesk backup a year or two back, it seemed to backup everything. Most of my databases were not created in that program. What version are you using?

I am using PLESK 10.4 for CentOS. From what I see, the db backups are not there and my server management team just told me that. I could not believe that, too.

Maybe look over the documentation at the parallels.com site and see just what the reality is.

Check inside the PSA database, afaik the backups will be in there

In my PSA directory there are no mysql backups. What a bad configuration it was.
