Not a bug "Please post a valid message" error when skimlinks installed on anything but Default theme

The problem affects IE7 and IE9 AFAIK. Not too sure if this extends to Opera as well

Some people reported Opera too, could never replicate in any version of IE I tried on a virtual machine or my work craptop.

The fix was reverted somehow. This has been fixed as of a few days ago for me.
