XF 1.4 Placing ads in ad_ template is not working

I was able to place adsense ads in the ad_above_content and other ad templates.

Now when I put the code in there for media.net ads in the same place it shows the ad as the very last thing on the page.

Just wondering if there is anyone that understands why this happens or how to fix it, thanks.

I assume this is sorted now as I see an ad above the content on your site. Or have I misunderstood?

It was solved by turning off a caching plugin I had running. With the caching plugin on, the ads would not show in their correct ad spot, but instead they all clumped together at the bottom of each page. With the caching plugin disabled the ads appeared in their correct spots.
