I don't have this bug, never had it. "valid" in your first screenshot is also just the phrase name. The phrase content would be "Valid" (with a capital letter at the beginning).

It seems in your installation are no phrases used at all for user change log.

Yeah not sure what's going on here for you, but that's not how things should look.

Yes this issue happened from @DragonByte Tech User Tagging add-on, As well there all other add-on Phrases showing in Change log.
