For once, I'm not submitting a bug report regarding capitalization and whatnot.
In any case, the typo is in this phrase: cookies_required_to_log_in_to_site
"Cookies are required to log in to this site. You will not be able to login until they are accepted."
Should be: "Cookies are required to log in to this site. You will not be able to log in until they are accepted."
As @Brogan pointed out before, "login" is a noun and doesn't make sense in this context.
