I thought I had seen somewhere a tool or posting that validates or lists the recommended PHP Extensions to be enabled for a xenforo site?

You have the recommended PHP version.

MySQL version     10.3.24 (10.3.24-MariaDB)
cURL version       7.72.0
SSL version        OpenSSL/1.1.1g
Suhosin enabled    No
Imagick support    Yes (recommended but most functions will work if not available)
EXIF support       Yes
GZip support       Yes
mbstring support   Yes
gmp support        Yes
ZipArchive support Yes

You will avoid a lot of issues if you do NOT enable mod_security.

XenForo requirements​

• PHP: 5.6 (PHP 7.4 recommended)
• MySQL: 5.5 (MariaDB / Percona also compatible)
• PHP extensions: MySQLi, GD (with JPEG support), PCRE, cURL, SPL, SimpleXML, DOM, JSON, iconv, ctype
• Common PHP functions must not be disabled
