XF 2.1 PHP 7.3.1

With the release of PHP 7.3.1 today, has any php bugs resolved and you deem it safe to run all latest XF (2.1.x included) with PHP 7.3?

There is a bug in PHP 7.3.0 but we're not aware of any issues in 7.3.1.

PHP 7.3.1 should be fine. We did at least confirm through building it from source a few weeks back that the original bug that concerned us has been resolved, though we haven't had a chance to test any more recent changes.

That said, it doesn't actually look like PHP 7.3.1 has been released yet. Where have you seen this?

We supported it with the latest versions of 2.0 as well -- we just didn't recommend 7.3.0 specifically because of a bug (which is resolved in 7.3.1).
