Personal conversations from people on ignore list

I have a member who is getting conversations from someone on his ignore list and wanted to know how he could stop it beside just deleting them manually. Thanks.

I just tested this. You are right. Ignoring a user is not retroactive to existing PMs in your inbox. But it does prevent new PMs from showing in your inbox. For existing PMs you must manually leave the conversation, and when doing so you can select "Ignore future messages".
