XF 2.3 Permissions suddenly all turned off and 2FA required?

I don't know what I did but something went bonkers. Is there a way to simply get back to the start of this forum install?

Aren’t you on Cloud? I’m self hosted so don’t know too much about Cloud installations, sorry.

This just happened to me as well, some reason all my permissions are messed up... and I need to turn on 2FA on my admin account.
