I have tried to make payment using paypal but did not go through for some reason. can I make payment using my credit card.

could that be the reason paypal did not process the order as my paypal account is registered in the UK but no longer living there.

I am also having problems with using paypal from US to UK. 3 Separate cards got shut down. 2 Debit and one credit.
