XF 1.2 Paypal IPN Disabled?

I transferred to XF from Vbulletin and kept our account upgrades from VB active. When the account upgrade gets processed, we successfully receive the money, however the Paypal IPN fails. They continue to resend, and now Paypal has disabled our IPN's now, and I am looking for a solution, to get them back on.

This is the VB domain the IPN's are looking to ping:

If I were to go in and cancel all the vB subscriptions, even ones that paid for this year, would it stop sending IPN's and thus solve the problem?

I don't want to re-enable IPN's without solving this first. Please help.

PayPal keeps the IPN URL with the individual payments and as far as I know, there's no way to change it. So yes, you would need to cancel the existing subscriptions.

Once they are cancelled, do you know if they will stop trying to send the IPN's?

As far as I know.

They still send them for "subscription completed" (or words to that effect) - I had this problem the other day, as although I'd cancelled the subscriptions before the move, there were still IPNs coming in and causing URL errors.
