Hello,

I paid for the license update yesterday. However, my license was not updated and I was accidentally charged twice. I opened a support request but still haven't received a response. What's the problem?
 
Your ticket has been assigned to the appropriate person.

They will respond in due course.

However, if the license hasn't been extended, then it means we have not received the payment.

The payment has been made by the bank and the necessary confirmations have been received. Relevant receipts were sent with the ticket.
 
Just because the bank has deducted the money from your account, that doesn't mean they have sent it to us.

We see this all the time, especially with PayPal - falsely informing customers that the payment has been successful when they are actually holding the payment.

I have just checked again and there has been no payment received from the method you used.
 
It's been a day and a half - the ticket was submitted Tuesday afternoon.

I have progressed it internally.

However, as I previously stated, we have received no payment via your account.
Licenses are extended automatically upon payment.
