I have a problem with PayPal. Can I buy XF license with another option?

From what I know PayPal (automatic) and Bank Transfer (you need to make use contact link) are the only option.

Others without access to PayPal have purchased. It is strongly recommended to use the contact us form to at least explore other payment options.
