Add-on Pay to Post?

Is there any add-on that would require a user to pay before posting a new thread or resource?

I can't seem to locate one, but I could swear that one exists (maybe i'm thinking of vb...)

I am not sure whether this is the appropiate way to re-request such add-on.

Is there anyone willing to develop a real "Pay to post" add-on?

What I need is posts being in "moderated" mode until the poster pays a fee.
The system would send a message to the poster offering him a way for paying (PayPal or other, customizable message), which would be linked to the post itself and would release it after payment has been done.

This add-on should be able to be activated on a node basis.

We need the opposite, getting payed to post similar to twitch.

This is 2015, didnt see that.
