Is there a service that I can pay to improve my SEO?

I don't think I've set it up because my website geomax.me still doesn't come up on google even though there's 70k messages and 6,000 threads.

I'm basically wondering if anyone has a good suggestion for a service I can pay to improve it so it shows up on search engines or if it would be better for me to do it myself.

So you think that your poor positioning in the search results is due to technical reasons?

This is sometimes true, but the basic parameters of XenForo are sufficient to achieve good results in this area, it can be improved but they do not prevent you from being well referenced.

What if you asked yourself more questions? For example:

• « Is the content of my forum qualitative enough for Google to want to index it and position it well in the results? »,
• « If not, how can I improve the relevance of my content in relation to the forum topic? »

What kind of search words, phrases or questions would people normally use that might bring your site up in search results? Those are how you should research the site DEO, nobody is likely to just search the domain name out of the blue.

You will then see how you fare in comparison to your competition.

its just brand awareness. Google does adjust. Example, you search rage and we dont appear but add the z on the end and we do. It takes time. Your domain is a year old. Maybe, look into some seo campaigns if need be that focus on your website name. BHW.

If you build backlinks to your forum, you’ll see better results on the search engines, especially google. Make sure to use diffferent link anchors for the keywords that you want to rank for.

Also, build links to threads and forums that you want to see rank higher.

The domain age is also helpful as sometimes older domains rank higher on the search engines, but not without authority.

Using the sitemap as well can get your pages indexed faster, so be sure to submit to Google search console & bing webmaster tools.

It’s not as hard as you think it is. Building backlinks on your own website is considered a PBN and is frowned upon with Google. You can build links by promoting your content on Tumblr, Reddit and Quora.

You can also build links by adding your forum to directories.
