XF 1.3 Password Reset Not Working

I'm having a problem with the email that is currently working on the host itself. For some reason, it is sending links, but links with errors for some reason.

Is there a way to fix this?

Also, is there a way that someone could actually change the password themselves instead of the forums sending a password?

If you are asking what I think you are asking - did you think that question through carefully... You actually want someone that can't remember their password to be able to set their own password? Little bit of a security problem there. The most secure way is as is currently.
