Style [Paid] Mobile Adsense for Responsive Style

I was dinged by Google Adsense for having three ads on the page when a user views my site via a mobile device.

I have a responsive design.

I'm looking to pay someone to use the tutorials on their site/their knowledge to allow me three ads when viewed via a desktop while ensuring only one ad shows via mobile device.

you can put ad codes in different div id and then use media width to disable 2 ads leaving one visible on mobile.

i think its the way this can be done ! not sure but.
