XF 1.5 Have different CSS for responsive/mobile version for same style

My breadcrumb does not have enough padding above it in responsive mode. I've read https://xenforo.com/community/resources/responsive-design.2193/ but couldn't find a solution.

Use media queries to target specific ranges. For example

@media (max-width: @maxResponsiveMediumWidth) {
  .breadBoxTop { padding: 15px 0; }
}

That code will change padding for top breadcrumb when browser width is below 610px
