XF 1.4 Page Not Found error?

Trying to troubleshoot a Page Not Found error that my members are seeing that I cannot reproduce. It's a Page node that I'm running on the site. I linked to it and people are telling me the page is displaying the error:

It's a spreadshirt page that runs off of js but even if there was js errors the page shouldn't display a 404 error. My first thought is to check if there's a rewrite issue. Any ideas on how I can diagnose this one?

Is the error a XenForo error? The page loads as expected for me. It's not really something that can be easily troubleshooted (troubleshot?) without reproducing.

Thanks for the reply Mike. It's not a XF system error, it's a generic XF Page Not Found error that they showed me, displayed in the site wrapper. The only thing I could think of is maybe the rewrite system is having an issue or something. Maybe it's a server issue. Here's the screenshot someone took:

I noticed the two screenshots people posted were coming from mobile devices. But it's loading on my phone just fine.

It looks like they came from Facebook (I think) with that screenshot. Is there any way to see the post they came from specifically? It's possible the URL used there was incorrect.

I thought that too, but I just clicked it and it works:

Only things that make sense to me is the Spreadshirt page breaking or the rewrites not working. But I can't reproduce either.

Found the issue... the text link on the FB post was correct but the image link was wrong. I'm an idiot. Figured that was the case. Sorry for wasting your time Mike.
