Closed Page count in thread view

Has this always been like this or is it something I've just noticed....?
When a thread runs into multiple pages only the last three pages are numbered in the thread view, please see screenshot below:

This is how it's on XF 2.2 at least.

Thank you for reporting this issue. This is intended. On the forum's thread list, a multi-page thread shows only its last few page numbers, and the default is three. Administrators can change how many appear with the 'Maximum last page links' option under Threads, discussions and conversations, or set it to 0 to hide them.
