Page Background Image help

I am looking for some help on a page background....

I realize you can set it in the style properties, but I am not sure how to achieve what I want.

In this area: (yes, the black squiggly line things)


is where the page background usually will be. I am trying to get an image to show up in that space and not scroll. I'm a little clueless on the exact width the image should be as well. I have an image that is 1400x500 that I want to use, I can adjust the background color to suit... My problem, I want the image to stay in one location, not scroll down the page. I am not sure what I need to put here:

To make it not scroll you can use this in the Misc area of the Body:

background-attachment: fixed;
