The screenshot you posted has their username all fancy with like...effects. How do I do that?

I'm having trouble with the addon. I added a style for myself and it works on the site everywhere, but when I added one for a specific user it only shows on the forum post and not anywhere else. Is there a setting I'm missing?
Still only shows on the forum post. I must be missing something tiny.
EDIT: I deleted mine and that one still shows up even though it's gone. Something goofy is going on.
Okay, so the problem I'm having is with one user. It only shows on the forum posts for them, but no where else. I've tested this on other users and it works fine, but for this one user I cannot for the life of me figure out why it's not working.
