Overlay display position from top

In the style settings you can select a % from top that overlays are displayed...default is 10%.

Is there a way to set just one overlay, the Quick Navigation Menu, to display at say 0% from the screen top when it opens?

I don't see an option for this. The position is dependent on the outer page, not the specific overlay. So you can change the position of all overlays on a specific page, but not the position of specific overlays.
