Currently if you install a style that modifies an add-on's template before installing that add-on (Say you install UI.X and then install XF Resource Manager) you'll get outdated templates for any template the style touched in that addon because the master template from XFRM was modified after the style's version (since it was just installed). I think if the timestamp for when the template was actually modified was exported that could resolve this issue as it'd be able to use the timestamp AND the version. We get many tickets from people installing UI.X and then later buying XFRM, or XFMG and then getting this false outdated template notice
