XF 2.3 Outdated Templates

Needing some help here I just did an upgrade of my forum to the latest version and I'm getting this outdated template error.


I'm using the pixel edit nova style which I thought was a default theme so I'm confused why I'm having errors.

I tried to resolve the post macros one because it seemed easiest and only had one it said it couldn't resolve so I just chose use parent but got this error.

Kinda frustrated since I don't really have any custom stuff on my site that this is popping up and unsure how to resolve. Any help would be appreciated. Do I need to pay $60 to have support fix this? Just bought the license renewal so would like to avoid if possible.

To add to this post, I'm using the default theme as already mentioned and my only mods and add ons are the official ones....

Literally nothing else, primary reason for this being I didn't want to run into issues with maintenance when upgrading.... The defaults were good enough for me I came from a PHPBB system to Xenforo to avoid all the issues I had with maintenance on my highly custom PHPBB setup.

It looks like you need to upgrade the Pixel Exit Nova style from the first screenshot.

Is that something I can update separately? I thought it was part of the default package? I can't even disable it because it's the only style I have and it's the one that came with the forum software.

Yea. You need to log into @Russ's site to download the latest theme version. It wouldn't have come with the XF installation.

Well now I feel like a bit of an idiot, I totally had forgotten I paid for the theme it's so basic I thought it was the default. Arg let me see if updating it fixes my issues.

@M@rc Thanks so much for your help here, I feel like an idiot now this is the first time I've had to update the forum since switching so did not know what I was doing. Paid the $25 for the updated theme and imported it and boom all issues resolved. Once again thanks so much!
