Fixed Option classes can't be extended

Option classes like XF\Option\ImageLibrary can't be extended which requires some kinda ugly workarounds if the behavior of those classes must be modified.

Could this be changed?

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.0 Beta 6).

Change log:

Allow option classes to be extendable.
