How can a forum user get an api key for his account?

Out of box - no, isn't possible. Only from ACP keys can be created.

I just stopped receiving push notifications on my topics

Pushes are received only is I am logged in?

Also, in order to see website notification I need to refresh page all the time, is this how it works or I need to set something in my browser?

This is all questions related to my sedition to buy the xenForo.

I wanna know how interactive the xenFro is to our users experience. It is live online and quick notifications and requers to refresh the page in order to see any updates on forum pages
