Oops! We ran into some problems.
The requested page could not be found.

Is the message I get after installing the media gallery + click on the media link at the top of the nav bar. Can anyone help please? Desperate to get the gallery working.

Thanks for sorting out the license association

It's unclear why this would be happening. Could you enable debug mode and access the page again, to see if the message changes?

To enable debug mode edit src/config.php and add the following line at the bottom:

$config['debug'] = true;

Have you attempted to rebuild the add-on?

You can do this by going to Admin CP > Add-ons then find XenForo Media Gallery in the list and click on the cog menu. In the menu there should be a Rebuild option; this should rebuild all of the add-on data.

This particular issue looks like perhaps not all of the add-on data got imported.

maybe there is a missing file when you uploading them via ftp

Could you please submit a ticket from your customer area and provide an Admin CP login so we can investigate further?
