I have a problem with my forums which prevents anyone from editing any threads.

There is no title box that appears in the editor but it's requiring me to 'Please enter a valid title'.

At a guess I'd say it's a style issue. Test in a completely unedited default style to see if the problem persists. If it doesn't then you'll need to look at any edits you have made to your style and/or contact the style author.

Just tested and the issue persists no matter what style is used.

Then disable all add-ons to see if one of those is causing the issue.

After that, try disabling any browser extensions in case one of these is the issue (and/or try and different browser).
