XF 1.5 Only import Users from WBB

is there a way to only import the Users from a WBB 4.0?
Anything would do, SQL Dump or anything.

It would require a custom developed importer.

Or you can do a double import and go WBB -> ? -> XF.

The double import is what I checked but according to the main page, only old versions of other boards are supported...
